I have not done this in a very long time. Let me just start with the fact that life has changed from when I started this blog. I intentionally have to count my blessings every day and remind myself that I am loved and that I am enough or I could never get through a day. This is still so very hard to think of myself as, but I am a divorced single mom. I look back and don't understand how I made it to the point I am now in my life. Jesus, friends, and family is the only answer...primarily Jesus. He is enough...when things are too hard and I just want to give up, He is enough. Several years ago, He proved himself to me. When I wanted to just "suddenly" be in heaven with my dad who had died one year earlier, when I knew what the next day was going to hold and I just wanted to sleep, when I was so depressed and "frozen" in fear and anxiety of my new life. My point is that God is enough. He is good when our world is crumbling. You know, I look back on things and things could have been so much worse. My world that I knew was crumbling, but God's watchful eye was still on me reminding me of who I was in him. So I guess without going on about the details, I am kinda proud of myself and the challenges I have had to overcome, and all credit is Gods and what He's done and is doing through me.

My two little Valentines

These 2 little people keep me so busy. They are 3 and 5 months. Caleb is getting his 2 canine teeth and weighs about 18 lbs! Hannah keeps us laughing and she is 3 going on 23. She already bosses Caleb around, but he adores her.

BIG news

Well...I about forgot about my blog. I have literally been so busy since my last post in April that I just could not sit down and write. If you really wanna know...a hawk flew in my house and took off with my computer and he must have given my computer a virus so bad that I could not access my blog at all.

And...if you believe that, I've got some swamp land to sell ya over yonder...Okay, Okay, I forgot...but I have been busy!

I had our second child on Sept. 1st...a boy, Caleb Scott, 8 lbs and 12 oz. He will be 6 weeks tomorrow...or so I hear. I cannot keep up. Between a whole lot of diapers, a ton of pee and even more poop, no sleep...and a 3 yr. old, there is not enough time in the day for anything else.

Anyway...I am in love again...not so much at 2 AM though! J/K

We have found out that we are having a boy! He is due on September 6th. Although I knew it had to be a boy all along, I was still a bit surprised when she told us. I don't really know what to do with one of those, but I'll learn...just like I did with Hannah. I really didn't want to deal with the PI (penis issues). I hope I can write that word on here...
Well, we do not have a clue on the naming side of this, I already have my favorite, (Hannah). If anybody has any suggestions (other than Sally or Busty, which my daughter suggested), feel free to leave me a comment.

I have not been blogging for a while, obviously. It seems to take up so much of my time and energy. I came across this "5 Minutes for Mom"-Ultimate Blogging Party and decided that it would be fun to see what it's all about! Scam, Scam, Scam

Below is one of many emails that I get about these scams. Someone tell me, How can people do this?? It is illegal. At least, if they were true, I'd be some kind of honkin' millionare by now!
